Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography, videography, and drone services provided by T.Hudson Photography LLC (“T.Hudson Photography,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to secure your date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due [before your session / on the day of your session]. Package details and pricing are confirmed during your consultation and in your invoice.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' notice. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Delivery Time
Edited photos and videos are delivered within 7–14 days after your session through a private online gallery or download link. Larger projects, such as full weddings, may take longer, and any different timeline will be confirmed when you book. Unedited photos purchased on the spot at events and concerts are transferred to you at the event.
4. Editing and Style
We select and edit images using our professional judgment and signature style. Unedited (RAW) files are not included unless agreed in writing. Additional edits beyond the package may be available for an extra fee.
5. Copyright and Image Use
T.Hudson Photography owns the copyright to all photos and videos we create. You receive a personal-use license to print, share, and post your images on your personal social media. Please credit @hudshotsmedia when you share. Images may not be sold, edited with filters that change the work, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Use of Your Images on Our Social Media and Marketing
By booking a session, you grant T.Hudson Photography permission to use photos and videos from your session on our website, social media accounts, portfolio, and marketing materials. We will never sell your images to third parties for their advertising without your written consent.
If you do not want your images shared publicly, you may opt out by notifying us in writing (email is fine) before your session. We will respect your request. Images of minors are only shared publicly with a parent or guardian's permission.
At public events and concerts, you may appear in photos taken for event coverage, which may be shared on our website and social media. If you would like an image of yourself removed, contact us and we will remove it from our accounts.
7. Drone Footage
Drone footage is captured in line with FAA rules and local regulations. Drone use may be limited or cancelled due to weather, airspace restrictions, or venue rules, and in those cases we will provide ground coverage instead.
8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
For outdoor sessions, we may reschedule due to unsafe or severe weather. If we are unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund of amounts paid for services not delivered. However deposits are (NON-REFUNDABLE.)
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not responsible for missed shots caused by guest interference, venue restrictions, or timeline changes outside our control.
10. Text Messaging Terms
T.Hudson Photography may send text messages to customers who opt in, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact +1 (551) 400-8508. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey And New York.
